Today we were sowing daffodils and crocuses with Linda Herman.We did it outside Galvins and beside the sign post that we made with Mark Wilson. It was great fun and we sure got our hands dirty

Posting a letters to our pen pals
On the 13/11 we posted our pen pal letter to kilcooley n.s.
We all walked down to galvins and we took a few pictures and posted our letters . Then we stopped at galvins and got lolly pop each after that we walked back to the school. It was great fun we hope that Kilcooley receive our letters. 
Science week
Today Father Jones talked us about solids,liquids and gasses.It was really interesting to watch.We made lots of experiments like when he lit a candle and lit a matchstick and then he blew out the candle and put the matchstick over the candle and it lit up again.It was really cool.
Visit from Pat Breen TD
This morning we had a guest . His name is Pat Breen . He is a TD for Clare. He told us about the European Union and Dáil. Afterwards we took some pictures. We really enjoyed the visit. Thank you for coming
Class room crest
A few weeks ago we made crests for our class room and then did a vote for the best one.a girl in 4th class won.It was a picture of our friendship wall.
Visit from Mr Collins
Today we had a special visit from Mr Collins.He came to say goodbye to Veronica who is retiring after eighteen years of work in the Preschool. He came back into our class to say hi to the students.
